Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American television and model. Burns started her career in television in 1995 portraying the supporting role of Peg in the Spanish-American teenage sitcom Out of the Blue (1995-1996). Burns became a participant in Baywatch, an action-drama series in 1998. In the following year she appeared on the show as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns later quit Baywatch because of her first pregnancy. The most famous of her roles was 2001 for the highly successful commercial movie Shallow Hal.
