While the adage of 'hands in face space' will undoubtedly be part of our ongoing routine it is apparent that the confidence building is evident and connections between face-to-face are happening. Rotary is evolving. While we are in the summer months in 2021 there is a lot of uncertainty regarding how our social service will include the much-valued interpersonal connections that have been enjoyed by Rotary participants in the past. Although the phrase "hands-in-space" is undoubtedly part of our routines It is clear that the confidence of our members is increasing as are the more direct connections. Rotary's face has changed. Rotary networks help to build lasting relationships. As we continue to use our online meetings for business meetings and social interactions, we've brought back the concept of the social aspect and services with a more secure face-to-face format. We've taken these new opportunities and combined them with the best of our practices to create an exciting new direction for Rotary! Based on a Rotary survey, 75% have plans for their usual business.
